In 2017, Hana Members opened a new service on its app and started to handle more affiliate programs afterward. Hana Members' service includes domestic / international payment, cost-free remittance, money exchange, and others. New service and affiliate marketing increased active app users and when Hana Members open events and give out coupons, service delays have happened.
